What is VPASS?
VPASS VMS provides reporting, a mobile application for residents, keypads and cloud-connected hardware controllers.
It is ideal for both large and small residential estates, office parks and businesses, colleges and universities that can benefit from the VPASS mobile scanners, keypads, controllers, reporting capabilities and other technology.

In today’s world, security and access management are a necessity
- Allow residents and employees (for corporate) to pre-book visitors on specific days via a branded mobile app or online. The visitor receives a pin via text message to ensure temporary access linking the visitor to the pre-booking record.
- Identify the visitor via a driver’s license card, identity document or passport (hardware component, solution and country dependent)
- Record and track who entered which gate/access point at what time and what day, as well as whom they were invited by.
- Allow non-invited visitors to arrive and allow guards to call the resident to be visited. The resident pressing 9 during the call will allow access and grant the identified visitor (ID card/doc, driver’s license, passport or other) access.
- Modular, configurable and scalable to suit both small and larger estates, corporates or corporate estates.
